When checking out, simply select 'Cash on Delivery' as your payment method. We will process and dispatch your order. Once our courier rider arrives at your doorstep, you inspect the package and pay the order amount in cash.

Yes, all our riders carry mobile POS terminals. If you select COD at checkout but prefer to pay by card on arrival, you can tap your Visa, Mastercard, or local NAPS debit card securely at your door.

No, GRIVA does not charge any extra processing fees or handling costs for Cash on Delivery. You pay exactly the price shown on your invoice at checkout.

For COD orders, we process refunds by issuing instant store credit directly into your GRIVA digital wallet. You can use this credit to purchase any other item immediately. Alternatively, we can coordinate a bank transfer which takes 3-5 business days.
